Scéal Heritage is led by Donna Gilligan, a museum consultant and archaeologist, curator, researcher, cultural project manager, design and material culture historian, and heritage educator.

Donna holds Masters degrees in
Archaeology, Museum Practice and Management, and Design History and Material Culture, and has worked for two decades within the cultural heritage, arts, tourism, and museum sectors. Museum collections research and documentation, exhibition interpretation and curation, community and public engagement and education, and heritage project management and development have been central to her roles in these sectors.

As an experienced museum and heritage consultant, Donna provides help and support as a heritage supervisor for grant applications, community heritage projects, museum projects, heritage audits, strategic development plans, and training.
