Heritage Education and Training Services
Scéal offers specialism in heritage and cultural education services, providing the creation and facilitation of themed workshops for all age groups, community projects, inclusive and engaging public events, and educational talks and lectures. We provide expertise and inspiration gained through over a decade of practical experience working in cultural heritage education roles with organisations including the Heritage Council, the Office of Public Works (OPW), the Arts Council, the National Print Museum, the National Museum of Ireland, Waterford Museum of Treasures, the Little Museum of Dublin, Athlone Castle Visitor Centre, and many other museums and libraries across the country.

Talks & Lectures
Scéal provides professional lecture services to museums, heritage organisations, and community groups. These can vary widely in their themes, with topics often chosen to best suit an specific organisation or group. Previous lectures presented have focused on topics including prehistoric archaeology, archaeological artefacts uncovered in specific regions, and Irish women’s history.

Tour Guide Training
With several years of experience in the creation and delivery of tour scripts for tourist attractions and museums, we offer services in tour guide training, customer service, and tour preparation for all organisations.
